The Lime Buster™ is a necessary part of "pre" and "post" maintenance for both Open and Closed Loop systems. The Open Loop systems are not self-contained, resulting in exposure to excessive contaminants. The Closed Loop or self-contained systems, are still susceptible to corrosion, low pH and dissolved gases such as oxygen or carbon dioxide, microbiological growth, or deposits of matter therefore making water treatment important part of preventative maintenance. Mold water-passages with 1/64" of scale can reduce the heat transfer rate up to 40%.

Built for consistency and safety even in rugged conditions, this low-maintenance system is available in two sizes as a Starter Kit or by the Unit, the Lime Buster™ III (11 gal.) and the Lime Buster™ XL (30 gal.).
